This would be a great opportunity for a recent Graduate.  


We are looking for 1-2 engineers with 1-2 years of programming experience
who strongly desire to learn new technologies (a.k.a, adding bullet-points
to their Resume.)
 
We are working to establish a Continuous Integration environment along
with Automated Unit Testing framework(s) for our Software Engineers which
sets the stage for our teams to employ Agile Development methods in
delivering our software to our clients; methods such as Extreme
Programming.
 
Selected candidates will work under contract for 3+ months (open-ended
contract date) working closely with our Software Engineering and
Configuration Management team.  They will be working with a team
responsible for delivering build- and deployment-automation to our shop.
 

The following qualifications can be used as a guide.  It would be ideal to
find candidates from local universities/colleges who are looking for a
"foot-in-the-door" opportunity with a progressive software shop.  If you
have folks with 20+ years of experience, they too are highly encouraged to
talk with our team about this opportunity!
 
QUALIFICATIONS 

· Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
required, or equivalent work experience

· Familiarity with version control tools such as Visual SourceSafe, CVS
Manager/Tracker

· Experience building installations packages.  InstallShield experience
preferred

· C#/.Net, Visual Build Pro, VBScript, SQL Server experience is a bonus
