Successful candidates will possess the following skills:

Strong skills in C/C++ and a familiarity with C#.
Experience developing in the Microsoft Development Environment. (VS6,
VS.NET)
Strong communication skills.
Must be a team player and self motivated.
Must be willing to learn.
Technical writing experience. 

And VERY IMPORTANT:
Have a Secret Security Clearance or be able to acquire one. 
Be willing to relocate to Sierra Vista, Arizona. 

Experience in the following areas is considered an asset:

Development experience in a UNIX environment using C++ to include (but not
limited to) threads, mailboxes, and shared memory.  Experience using
Unified Modeling Language (UML). Experience with Service Oriented
Architecture.  Knowledge of Tactical Data Systems (Link 16, Link 11) and
Intel Data Systems (TIBS, TDDS, IBS-S, IBS-I).
